Job Description:

  • Follow up with new customers and help them set up the software.
  • Follow up with new customers on why they did not set up the software.
  • Help new customers add their data to the software.
  • Follow up with existing customers on their satisfaction and if they need any help.
  • Follow up with canceling customers and ask them for feedback.

Internship Requirements

  • You need to have good interpersonal skills and be patient in dealing with our customers.
  • You need to have a good technical background, to understand how our software works.
  • You need to have very good communication skills.
  • Your English language level should be good - to understand our software.
