- Follow up with new customers and help them set up the software.
- Follow up with new customers on why they did not set up the software.
- Help new customers add their data to the software.
- Follow up with existing customers on their satisfaction and if they need any help.
- Follow up with canceling customers and ask them for feedback.
Internship Requirements
- You need to have good interpersonal skills and be patient in dealing with our customers.
- You need to have a good technical background, to understand how our software works.
- You need to have very good communication skills.
- Your English language level should be good - to understand our software.
