- Update recruitment process & Forms like( IQ - MBTI - English test - POV...etc)
- Lead employee engagement activities.(white - Blue)
- Coordinate all training activities based on company’s strategy direction and department needs.
- Prepare and summaries training materials.
- Prepare and handle Orientation Program for new employees.
- Lead employee engagement activities.
- Follow up performance appraisal scheduling.
- Draw Career path for Junior blue.
- Ensuring effective implementation to the HR policies and procedures.
- Creating, developing and updating positions, structures & competencies.
The intern will learn:
- All insurance processes.
- Some personnel knowledge.
