Job Description:
Preparing the students either for hobby purpose or for examination purpose following the Soundkraft approved course structure. Theory, Aural, Scales, Exercises and Other practical techniques have to be a part of the lesson plan. Should be prepared with the required material before class. Should connect with the students so that they stay motivated to learn more. Should prepare the students for performances once every quarter and should plan small gathering of 20/25 students and their parents.
Main activities
- Preparing students for certification, preparing students for performances.
- Taking interactive sessions of inquiries and motivating them to join Soundkraft.
- Suggesting up-gradations in course syllabus and writing it.
- Ensuring all required material is available for teaching.
- Motivating students to buy instruments for better learning.
- Should conduct presentations and workshops in their work timings.
