Main activities

• Develop a SWOT or Canvas Model Business analyses about the StartUp;
• Analyze the current and ideal state of the startup in terms of strategic planning;
• Planning development of main needs from the startup in terms of company administration and support;
• Implementation of the strategic plan with short feedbacks period and measurement evaluation.
• You may also assist in other functions out of your comfort zone, depending on the startups' needs.
• Search and understand your local market of venture capital
• Research the main investors' funds in your country
• Map the main focus of the investors abroad
