Job Description:
- The trainee needs to participate in the activities related to the operations of the business providing office support including customer and employee support. Manage a variety of HR programs including recruitment, induction, and provition accurate employment advice. And mainly support the Startup to create their organizational culture.
The intern will learn:
- Map elements and define strategies to strengthen the Startup organizational culture;
- Develop an HR plan through a code of ethics definition, training, recruiting plan, +
- + performance evaluation and hiring policies;
- Develop recognition and selection process policies;
- Analyze internal communication and define strategies to evolve.
- Manage a variety of HR programs including recruitment, induction, and provition accurate employment
- Create the ideal workplace for the company;
- Talent management, employee relations, HR administration;
- System driven human resource management and tracking;
