- Having the ability to connect all the resources needed for web creation
- Has the logical ability to manage web-based applications
- Able to design and create databases
- Able to make a dynamic website display
- Able to manage website domains
- Able to master JavaScript, PHP, ASP, MySQL, and or CI framework.
- Able to work with web design to translate into a dynamic web system
