The intern will learn:
- Welcoming and greeting guests on arrival.
- Assisting with check-in at the reception.
- Guest interactions to collect feedback.
- Escorting to outlets and respective rooms.
- Access to the worldwide Alumnus network of JW Marriott Groups.
- Collaborate with the management to develop ideas and procedures to upgrade as a world-class.
