- Smart System Co. has signed a contract with “Wazeefa Tech” to initiate mutual collaboration through the Hiring & Training Process.
- The story of Smart System is a story of constant challenges, teamwork and the dream of success, initiated in 2007, based on the Mediterranean shore of Alexandria [EGYPT], with a branch in Cairo and an authorized training center. Smart System has successfully prospered in the ever-changing and challenging fields of information technology professional services.
- The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), by developing human resources, seeks to support the national economy, create new job opportunities and promote specialization and acquisition of specialist skills
- MCIT is launching “Wazeefa Tech”, a new initiative based on the “Income Share Agreement” model. Wazeefa Tech is built on “Learn First… Pay Later”. The program ends with a job opportunity; interns will be hired with good salaries after the successful completion of the three-month training program.
- The cost of the program will be covered by Nasser Social Bank (NSB) at zero-interest loan. When interns get hired, they can repay the loan from their salaries, in instalments payable up to three years.
- The program covers the costs of your training, provided that after employment, you agree to repay these costs from your monthly salary for a duration up to three years. The cost of training varies according to the specialization, with no additional expenses. All Extra expenses will be paid by MCIT and Tahya Misr Fund. Thus, Trainees will pay only the cost of the training after being employed.

Internship Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communication/computer engineering
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Ms Office.
- Solid IT background preferably with technical education
- Hands-on General IT experience is a must.
- Basic Business English is required.
- Sales Skills is a plus.
- Communication Skills & Presentation Skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- CCNP Network is required.
- CCNP Security is required.
- Vmware knowledge is a plus
Eligibility:
- Graduates from any background with high English proficiency and maximum of five years from graduation (graduated 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014)
