Job Description:
- Going on our recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
- Weekly evaluation for the part time employees
- Evaluation for each event for coaches & those who work per event In cooperation with the group leader Recruitment
- Solving problems that faces the employees either between them or any of them who has any problems with work itself
- Keeping a friendly environment full of cooperation
- Contracts with employees
- Choosing with the team leaders the suitable coaches for each event and contacting them
- Attend meetings and conferences related to employment and recruitment Representative of the company.
