Supply Chain Coordinator Intern

Job Description:

• Responsible for receiving original shipping documents of any shipment from Buyers after revision to copy them & submit them to clearance brokers.
• Responsible for submitting payment requests to Finance Department.
• Responsible for following up the monthly reports of the department to collect feedback / required analysis from all buyers and consolidate one sheet to be sent to Procurement Manager.
• Responsible for meetings reservations with any required arrangements.
• Responsible for all what is related to booking company car for visitor suppliers or for delivering any required samples or documents between head office & factories
