Conduct a detailed market analysis of the education industry in their respective countries.

Come up with a market entry strategy for the products that they will be working on.

Detailed feasibility report to be prepared for the plan to be executed in their respective countries

On completion and sign-off on the feasibility report, on the interest of the intern, they can decide on continuing the implementation of the market entry strategy once they go back to their respective nations

They can look at full-time employment being the first employee of Miles in their respective countries.
