Job Description:
- In this internship, you will be part of a highly qualified team of product specialists and experience the interface between technology, IT, natural sciences and medicine.
- In the Customer Support Center, you will help to support our laboratory systems for medical diagnostics.
- You will learn more about the daily business of the international Customer Support Center, including the coordination of the hotline and training for our customers in laboratories and hospitals in seven European countries.
The intern will learn:
- Support and coordination of applicative and technical service projects
- Creation and maintenance of the Knowledge Management Tool
- Support the coordination of the hotline & training and the complaint management
- Optimization and editing of process descriptions
- Creation of analyses and reports for controlling purposes
