Internship Description

Job Description:

  • Responsible for on-shore purchasing.
  • Create & update suppliers’ database.
  • Negotiate prices, payment & delivery terms.
  • Review material requisitions & channel to the appropriate supplier.
  • Follow-up on order status & expedite if necessary.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.
  • Negotiate and agree on contracts, monitoring the quality of service provided.

Internship Requirements

  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • The ability to adapt to different client needs and to develop and maintain successful working relationships.
  • Excellent standard of numeracy in order to analyze facts and figures
  • Very Good negotiation and networking.
  • Very Good command of English.
