  What is E-Commerce Companies?

  Ecommerce, also known as electronic commerce or internet commerce, refers to the buying and selling of goods or services using the internet, and the transfer of money and data to execute these transactions. Like Souq, Jumia, etc.

  Buyme store (www.Buymestore.com) is Looking for Interns to experience working in E-commerce

  The purpose of the internship is to provide an opportunity for individuals to Know more about E-Commerce Companies field of work and gain experience and knowledge in this field. The intern will be given specific tasks and responsibilities and will be challenged to develop their capabilities and gain experience. The intern is expected to be flexible and to take part in various activities.

The intern will learn:

• There are 3 Departments You will be allowed to work only in 2 departments each for 1 month and a half to learn more about all the company departments and to develop your skills helping you knowing better about yourself and working in companies.

  The 3 departments
  –Marketing (Content Creation and Moderation)
  –Sales
  –Logistics

  **Marketing
  -Understanding the market needs
  -Making Competitor Analysis
  -Understanding the customer needs
  -Choosing New Products
  -Facebook Content Creation and Moderation
  -Managing Facebook page for E-commerce Company

  **Sales
  -The Art of Sales
  -Convincing Customers to buy the product.
  -Solving problems for Customers

  -Answering customers inquiries
  -Tele Sales Work

  **Logistics
  -Managing Delivering Products to the customers.
  -Solving Customers problems until the shipment is delivered.
  -Making sure that the customer is satisfied with the received product.

  – Communicate with the shipping company.
