Job Description:

• Autotronics Research Laboratory (ARL) is a research center located at the Faculty of Engineering Ain Shams University, the Laboratory is dedicated to the research fields of advanced transportation systems which include autonomous driving high and low level control, autonomous driving behavior, perception, localization, vehicle to vehicle communications and vehicle to infrastructure communication. The lab is currently working in collaboration with University of Carlos the third De Madrid developing an autonomous personal mobility solution for closed urban environments on an electric golf cart.

Responsibilities:

Working in a team they will participate in the following activities:

• Lead talent acquisition process (sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, evaluation, on-boarding communications).
• Ensure all members data is up to date
• Produce sheets to evaluate members performance
• Evaluate team members periodically
• Review all members complaints and feedback
• Lead talent management processes including L&D
• Design a well-structured learning-by-doing path tailored for each team member
• Conducting training need analysis (TNA) for all team members, and preparing training plans
• Ensure alignment and partnership with all team members in terms of satisfaction, healthy working environment, learning and development system
• Resolve members relations issues
• File and document all MoMs
