Job Description:
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures whether internal or external.
- Assist in talent acquisition with the recruitment process by identifying candidates and allocating them according to their specifications.
- Coordinate members' training and development plans to enhance their capabilities and motivate them.
- Trace performance changes and the reasons beyond it and how to manage it.
- Conduct performance appraisals and meetings of recognition and gratitude to honor the best members of Learne.
- Come up with human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information then recommending courses of action.
- Enhance social bonds between the community members.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
