Internship Description
The intern will learn:
- Combination of theoretical and practical training
- Theoretical Training: shipping courses including introduction to shipping, international trade, containerisation, vessel and cargo types, customs, shipping documents and much more
- Practical Training: Deployments and training on the job in all departments of local organisation
- European/African collaboration: Assignments and trainings with fellow apprentices from other ONE offices in Europe/Africa
- International work experience: Deployments with a duration of some weeks or months and training at different locations across Europe

Internship Requirements
Education
- Bachelor Degree, preferable in Logistics Management of International Trade and Transport, with good marks in English, Mathematics and Geography.
Knowledge
- A very good command of the English language is necessary. Some basic knowledge on business and/or shipping in general is desirable.
