Internship Description

Job Brief

  • We are looking for a driven Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users.
  • The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple social media accounts.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
  • Responsible for managing Social Media channels, and online replies to customers.
  • Design, create and manage promotions and Facebook ad campaigns
  • Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

Internship Duration: 1 Month

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Internship Requirements

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
  • Punctual in time
  • Quick learner
  • Hard Worker
  • Listing products on different websites
  • Proven working experience in social media or related field
  • Good knowledge of media strategy and planning.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Must be fluent in verbal and written English and Arabic.
  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
  • Capable of managing multiple projects in parallel
  • Desire to be a team player on a winning team
  • Effective management of business presence across social media channels including, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest.
  • Always informed on the latest social media trends.
  • Basic photo editing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • SEO knowledge is a plus
  • Good customer services
  • Able to analyze and interpret data
