Operations Warrior Responsibilities

• Prepare orders which include but not limited to: (packaging, labelling, revising invoice & handling to shipping companies)
• Calling customers for (Confirmation, Quality control & feedback ..etc)
• Can adapt easily to fill any gap which may appear in the operations cycle which starts from receiving orders till delivering orders and collecting order fees.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
• Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
• Process order requests
• Work closely with our partner courier companies to ensure smooth deliveries
• Inventory & supplies Management
• Handle the order management cycle on system.
• Help in Conducting market research to identify pricing trends
• Flexibility in work hours during peak times

The intern will learn:

• By joining a high potential startup in E-commerce, you will gain a lot of skills in the field of operations and have a great opportunity to be HIRED as a full-timer in case you succeeded
• On the ground experience in a startup environment.
• Will be in close contact with interdisciplinary teams within the company and learn the work flow between different departments (business development, operations, marketing , etc….)
