Job Description:

The mumm Customer Satisfaction (Intern) is a very unique and challenge position as it requires a multi-skilled individual to do the job right. You shall be responsible for;

  • Getting in touch with our clients to ensure their satisfaction Surveying clients and seeking their feedback on our service to ensure highest service level
  • Engaging in the operations cycle and getting exposed to our whole business cycle from order placing until delivery.
  • Maintain mumm SOPs in terms of service levels, food standards, delivery time.

The intern will learn:
