Job Description:

Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems

Prepare the daily and monthly attendance

Assist in organize training & development initiatives

Managing all the recruitment process from sourcing to final placement of candidates.

Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training and performance evaluations
-
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures
-
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
-
Prepare monthly payroll according to company procedures while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.

Implementing & Organizing an effective Performance Appraisal system as a monthly KPIs and annual employee performance reviews

Coordinating all public relations activities

Responsible for the systematic updated Employees Database.

Assisting in all other required HR activities.
The intern will learn:

Internship Requirements
- Place of residence must be Helwan or adjacent it maximum Maadi.
- Maximum Age 25 years old.
- Previous experience working as HR Generalist.
- Excellent in MS Office (Excel, Word) is MUST.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- High ethical conduct.
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field.
