Internship Description

Job Description:

  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems

  • Prepare the daily and monthly attendance

  • Assist in organize training & development initiatives

  • Managing all the recruitment process from sourcing to final placement of candidates.

  • Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training and performance evaluations

  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures

  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

  • Prepare monthly payroll according to company procedures while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.

  • Implementing & Organizing an effective Performance Appraisal system as a monthly KPIs and annual employee performance reviews

  • Coordinating all public relations activities

  • Responsible for the systematic updated Employees Database.

  • Assisting in all other required HR activities.

The intern will learn:

  • Most of HR Functions

Internship Requirements

  • Place of residence must be Helwan or adjacent it maximum Maadi.
  • Maximum Age 25 years old.
  • Previous experience working as HR Generalist.
  • Excellent in MS Office (Excel, Word) is MUST.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • High ethical conduct.
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field.
