Job Description:
- Receive and Review claims from Customer Care Department / Membership and signed the cover sheet
- Prepare Mofa documents every week
- Tracing pending shipment with the courier company
- Send Documents ( CHQS, RT claims )to Customer Care once requested
- Contact the courier company to request a pick up order if there is a case on CRM
- Update the Notification of Absence
The intern will learn:

- The intern would learn about the laws and regulations related to medical governance and healthcare industry
