Internship Description

Role description:
The selected candidate will be taking the inbound calls in regards to customer support as well as making outbound calls for the same. Apart from support calls, he/she would be assisting clients/customers via chat portal.
Main activities:

Taking care of Arabic Clients.

Handling support calls from arabic speaking nations

Preparing and sending mails to customers and clients.

Live chats with Arabic or English customers/clients.

Translation of content from English to Arabic.
