Job Description:
- Assist in employment process including, scheduling, testing, interviewing, and on-boarding
- Help with the implementation of HR issues and policies through HR Stuff.
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- collection/entry,
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Manager.
- Maintain attendance and leaves tracking.
- Ensure office supplies availability and regular office maintenance activities and submit expense report to the finance department.
- Provide general office support including administrative tasks, data entry.
The intern will learn:
- All HR Functions
- Administration skills
Internship Start date: 15/06/2019
Duration: 3 Months with potential hire upon successful completion.
Internship Requirements
- 0-1 Years of Experience
- Bachelor Degree
- HR certificate is an asset
- Very Good Command of English Language
