• Participate in developing the HR-related digital platforms and online visibility of the company
• Participate on a daily basis the human resources aspects of the company, including planning and implementation of talents acquisition, setting KPIs, departments’ objectives, appraisal.
• Development and retention initiatives, as well as personnel administration matters
• Participate in preparing and developing biannual business review in alignment with HR Director
