Job Description:
- Presentable, confident, polite executive to handle - customer receiving, walk-in data management, accessory promotion to customers (based on training), delivery management. Basic training on product and process shall be provided
The intern will learn:
- Greet and welcome customers
- Answer inquiries from customers.
- Answer telephone inquiries.
- Have telephone etiquette.
- Ensure front desk is neat and organized.
- You will conduct activities for the improvement of soft skills of Children.
