Job Description:
- Foreign language teachers should be masters of their language, demonstrating high proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the language they are teaching. He/she should teach several levels concurrently. French Teachers with a Bachelor's Degree in Education or Teaching Certification or trained in Cambridge Curriculum. Else, should have good exposure to International Curriculum. Qualification in the French language. Native speakers are encouraged to apply
The intern will learn:
- To use a variety of effective techniques and technologies to engage students
- Encourage student’s positive self-image, support individuality, independence, & also creative ideas
- Implement the curriculum in accordance with directives & guidelines provided.
- Provide weekly, age appropriate, lesson plans for review to Head of Curriculum
- Maintain accurate timely educational assessments and progress portfolios for all students assigned
- Maintain a safe, clean as well as healthy classroom environment
- Communicate frequently as well as respectfully with children directly, in child-friendly tones
- Ensure classroom management by setting rules & limits in accordance with the school guidelines
- Implement recommendations for quality assurance process
