- Interns are supposed to assist end users of the client with their queries regarding end user computing devices ( PCs/ Laptop / SmartPhone etc.) Associate must have exposure to Computer Sciences and should be able to articulate his/her technical knowledge in a manner that could be understood by a non technical user
