Job Description:
- Greetings guests
- Preparing for guest arrivals and departures
- Answering guest queries and handling complaints
- Assisting and registering guests during check ins and check outs
- Managing time effectively
- Giving detailed show rounds of the hotel to the guests
- Preparing written reports for internal and external usage
- Providing verbal information to the guests about the hotel, location, entertainment and transport
Main Activities :
- Ensure a prompt delivery of emails and messages to the guests.
- Controls and distributes guest room keys in a secure manner.
- Handling internal communication and liaison for food and beverage
- Cross selling other hotel services- Spa, restaurant, transport, meeting rooms, etc.
- Maintaining professional demeanor.
- Having high knowledge about the hotel and it's products, services.
