Job Description:
- Participates in the development and implementation of strategies for Front Office, Back Office, Restaurant, etc.
- The hotel shall provide meals during shifts.
- Directs all aspects of the guest relations function to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction to current and future VIPs.
- Interacts with guests and individuals outside the hotel including, but not limited to, current and potential clients, competitors and other members of the local community. Internship can be for 6 months too.
The intern will learn:
- Remain calm and empathetic to the guest problem.
- Plan and Coordinate hotel housing activities by working closely with Sales, Catering
- Ensure seamless transitions between shifts.
- To attend and/or conduct meetings as and when required.
- Handle all emergencies and guest relations
