Design Engineer Intern

KONE is hiring for an internship in Customer Solutions Engineering/Design department for the duration of 6 months. Successful candidates will be offered full time roles by the end of the internship.

The objective is to have engineers who can go through a learning path to be able to do the following:

• Support the sales team by analyzing customers’ technical needs and develop proposals outlining how KONE’s products and services can provide clear solutions to meet those needs
• Respond to customers’ technical questions
• Provide technical and costing support for the sales process
• Ensure that the proposed solution fulfills the codes, regulations and safety requirements
• Organize the order documentation and order confirmation
• Manage the drawing and related documents
