About the Internship:

• El Zatona develops a system that supports a better experience and simplifying processing with greater efficiencies, giving merchants the confidence they need to meet the sales, operational and financial challenges of a changing the traditional recording (pen and paper or their own memory).

Job Description:

• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
• Solve clients problems over the phone and/or On their sites (store)
• Works as a system analyst with key personnel to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions
• Test the reported bugs and report it to the development team
• Develops and presents training videos and documents for clients
• Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes

The intern will learn:
