Job Description:
- Follow up with suppliers on quotations and negotiate prices and purchases
- Handle the Purchase Order preparation and follow-up on its progress up to the delivery with the Procurement and Logistic departments
- Process engineering documentation and information from a variety of sources in order to support ongoing engineering activities
- Organize appropriate filing and data retrieval systems in order to ensure availability and accessibility of information, drawings, quotations and invoices at all times
- Consolidate the information related to the budget of each newly opened shop, and keep it for future reference

Internship Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
