Event Volunteer - Eventy's Grand Prize Event

Overview:

• Eventy is planning a Mega Event “ Eventy’s Grand Prize” where one lucky couple will win their dream wedding fully sponsored by Eventy. The event will also include a Fashion Show and there will be many entertainment shows ending with a concert by the super star Esseily. Event volunteers assist in the event day for setup, guest assistance, registration and ushering. It’s about a memorable for our guests!
• Volunteers will be working under the direction of Team Heads (eventy team).
• Training sessions will be given to all the volunteers and assistance will be provided throughout the training period as well as the event day.
• The volunteers will be asked to commit to at least 6 hours.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Tasks will be assigned to each volunteer depending on their role but main tasks will include:

• Provide warm, friendly welcome to all guests as the public face of Eventy.
• Help with the registration process & coordinating the main hall.
• Helping the exhibitors and booths area
• Usher guests to their seats and answer their questions and inquiries.
• Make sure each guest receives their Gift Bag and Giveaways.
• Make sure all guests are aware of the Event’s Agenda, and Eventy’s website.
• Getting visitors to feedback on the event via activation.

Where & When?

• The event will take place in Dusit Thani Lake View Hotel on Saturday (April 20th 2019).
