- Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
- Resolving problems with servers and ERP system
Diagnosing system errors and other issues
The intern will learn:
- ERP system installation and basics
- Develop system admin basics and troubleshooting skills
