PayMe is a leading Fintech startup that process over 2 Million transactions monthly in one of the world’s most interesting industries; “Payments”. We help business accept payments easily every minute. Our customer delight team will be facing our customer inquiries, complaints and issues. As our business expands, we need to know that we have the right people in place to ensure that our customers are always 100% satisfied.
Job Description:
- Getting in touch with our clients to ensure their satisfaction Surveying clients and seeking their feedback on our service to ensure highest service level
- Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Build a long-term relationship with our existing customers.
- Provide outstanding level of customer satisfaction, by building rapport with clients and showing a friendly, positive and helpful attitude.
- Contact & constantly follow up with potential leads.
- Interact with users on all communication channels. (Facebook, Email & Mobile)

Internship Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Available to work 9 hours daily and 5 days a week
- Excellent communication skills, which enable you to express ideas in a way that creates commitment and trust.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Demonstrate patience and attentiveness in all communication and interactions.
- Experience with computer operating systems and the ability to troubleshoot on demand.
- Excellent command of English language
- Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change and growth
