Job Description:
- Training management; coordinates all training programs with trainers and trainees; schedules, location, date, time, material, and attendance.
- Trainer administration pre-and post-course trainer management including booking in and managing delivery dates, trainers travel and special requirements.
- Delegate management; Registration process, pre-and-post course communication, preparing delegate lists, certificates.
- Liaise with both trainers and trainees and tracking daily training process.
- Contact -directly or via phone calls- with trainees and handling their queries and complaints.
- Answer trainees' queries and questions & handle their complaints.
- Prepare training rooms and ensure all necessary tools and equipment to be well installed.
- Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.
- Training measurement; Keep track of all training assessments and prepare an analysis report on its effectiveness as per the feedback received and update the database.
- Training materials; manage course material production, distribution, and update.
- Training Logistics: Meeting with vendors for logistical tasks.
- Handle all logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.
- Provide feedback to program participants and management.
- Maintain trainees training records (Database, Attending, Evaluation etc..).

- Bachelor's Degree

- The internship could be renewed for another 3 months based on the performance.
- Previous volunteering experience is preferable (especially in student activities or Art companies as an intern)
- Enjoyable and easy going character.
- Eager to learn something new and to give input to the place.
