- Ensure and provide flawless, upscaled and professional guest service experiences in a world-class working environment.
Main activities :
- Collaborate with management to develop ideas and procedures.
- Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards.
- Welcoming and acknowledging all guests.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
- Make pre-arrival, mid stay, and post-stay calls to guests to ensure needs are met.
