Internship Description

Responsibilities:

  • Talent hunting.
  • Resume screening.
  • Conduct in-person, phone, and online interviews.
  • Manage the hiring process and follow-up with each candidate.
  • Acting as a cultural ambassador for Imaginators.
  • Ensure the productivity of each team member.
  • Report and score the performance of the team.
  • Conduct onboarding/welcoming meetings and orientations.
  • Ensure continued self-developing and learning for each team member.
  • Develop a healthy & productive environment and culture.
  • Suggest ideas for team building and skills development.
