Responsibilities
- Making advertising and choosing the best channels to advertise ssociations to make a pool of candidate for the available vacancy
- Develop the online application for people to apply
- Filter the applicants
- Make online 1-on-1 interviews
- Following up on the interview process with technical direct managers for those who accepted in HR interview
