Internship Description
Help serve our patients base of more than 400,000 users. Patients Relations Intern will help our users through the life cycle of using Medicobot products.
Job Description:
- Understand Patients' needs and communicate it to the Management team.
- Call Medicobot's users and get feedback.
- Help Medic bots users to pay through different payment method; Credit Card, DCB, Fawry, Aman, and Vodafone Cash.
- Send promotions to our users.
The intern will learn:
- Understanding the customer processes
- Work in a team
