Job Description:
- Revise and insure the quality of the data collected from the field
- Monitor field agents performance and apply evaluation methods
- Utilize all available communication methods to contact different healthcare professionals and target clients in order to assure field agents' compliance to guidelines and regulations
- Prepare comprehensive and detailed performance reports, evaluations, and quality assessments for each field agent
- Communicate with all departments to achieve quality optimization
