Internship Description

Job Description:

  • Responding to client inquires via phone and email, explaining the benefits of the application
  • Updating records on the CRM system
  • Providing training and guidance to staff in pharmacies on how to use the 3elagi application front end and back end

The intern will learn:

  • Passion for improving the way acquire healthcare service and products
  • Interest in the start up world, must be adaptable and flexible to quickly changing business needs
  • Great customer service experience, able to explain the application with lots of patience, simply and clearly
  • Happy to pick up the phone and talk to customers
