About the Internship

Job Description:

    • Assist in Daily operation for HR and Admin Tasks
    • Screening CV's & resumes.
      • Making advertising and communicating with employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations to make a pool of candidate for the available vacancy
        • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates and administering company assessments
          • Following up on the interview process with technical direct managers for those who accepted in HR interview
            • Performing reference and background checks
              • Assisting in managing Employee engagements surveys.

                The intern will learn:

                • HR and Admin Operation and functions
                • A brief about HR management.
                • Recruitment and selection.
                • Employee relations.
