Job Description:
- Build long-term relationships with existing clients, as well as, new clients.
- Identify growth opportunities and potential deals within our market segments.
- Increase revenue and retention rate for your accounts through approaching and up-selling
- Ensuring that customer requests are responded to in an accurate and timely manner.
- Help the business meet sales and revenue goals.
- Negotiation and planning for short and long-term subscriptions.
- Matching and align between all cross-functional of teams to meet clients’ expectations.
- Stays abreast of trends in the market to ensure the product's competitive position.
- Interfaces with project managers and clients to determine the product's future direction.
The intern will learn:
- All operation and processes about handling accounts.
- Gain experience with big key accounts.
- Working on CRM systems.
- Marketing steps and strategies.
- Be able to shift for another departments.
