Job Description:
- Handle screening process & selection of qualified calibers through conducting phone interviews.
- Arrange interviews time schedules.
- Making the initial interviews & the pre-employment tests for the new candidates.
- Follow up with the selected candidates during and after hiring procedures.
- Conduct new employee orientations and welcome them on-board.
The intern will learn:
- Learning to create professional job posting
- Learning Screening over the Phone.
- Assisting in creating multiple channels to recruit high profile candidates for every account.
- Quickly adapt sourcing plans and engage new channels in order to meet changing client requirements.
- Proactively builds relationships with potential candidates, creating a robust pipeline of highly qualified professionals for current and future staffing needs.
- Conduct candidate qualification Face to Face interviews .
- Negotiates offers of employment to qualified candidates.
Duration: from 1 month up to 3 months
Internship Requirements
- Fluent English Speaker is a must
- Communication and presentation skills are a must
- Target-Oriented Person
- Can Work under stress
- Call center experience is preferred
