Internship Description

Job Description:

  • Handle screening process & selection of qualified calibers through conducting phone interviews.
  • Arrange interviews time schedules.
  • Making the initial interviews & the pre-employment tests for the new candidates.
  • Follow up with the selected candidates during and after hiring procedures.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and welcome them on-board.

The intern will learn:

  • Learning to create professional job posting
  • Learning Screening over the Phone.
  • Assisting in creating multiple channels to recruit high profile candidates for every account.
  • Quickly adapt sourcing plans and engage new channels in order to meet changing client requirements.
  • Proactively builds relationships with potential candidates, creating a robust pipeline of highly qualified professionals for current and future staffing needs.
  • Conduct candidate qualification Face to Face interviews .
  • Negotiates offers of employment to qualified candidates.

Duration: from 1 month up to 3 months

Internship Requirements

  • Fluent English Speaker is a must
  • Communication and presentation skills are a must
  • Target-Oriented Person
  • Can Work under stress
  • Call center experience is preferred
