About the Internship
The mumm Customer Satisfaction function is a very unique and challenging department as it requires multi skilled individual to do the job right.
Below are some of the different tasks this role need to execute with excellence:
- Getting in touch with our cooks to ensure their satisfaction.
- Engaging in the operations cycle and getting exposed to our whole business cycle from order placing till delivery.
- Maintain Mumm SOPs in terms of service levels, food standards, delivery time.
The intern will learn:

- Experience in Customer service is a plus.
