Purpose and Objective
Grow with one of the most successful sales organizations in the world as a SAP Digital Sales Demand Agent.
You will become part of a rich, stimulating environment in which you have daily access to technical experts, subject-matter experts, and business professionals.
The primary responsibility of the role is to support the local sales team and marketing in gathering market intelligence and customer data for profiling as well as generating leads in the market unit.
This position requires both strategic thinking and strong initiative. It is mainly phone-based but the candidate will be involved in site visits and event support. It will require the use of SAP tools to support the preparation, execution and follow-up of all those activities.
Responsibilities
- Gather market intelligence and obtain customer data for profiling (including business profile, location, management, number of employees, turnover, IT adoption, etc.)
- Generate and qualify leads through proper means (phone campaigns, site visits, digital, social and email actions) as agreed with management
- Pass qualified leads to sales resource for sales stage execution
- Document all the campaign execution and lead management activities using the adequate systems correctly
- Meet ambitious demand generation targets
- Revamp aged pipeline by nurturing stagnant or discontinued leads
- Support event execution with related lead generation activities before, during and after events

Internship Requirements
Required Skills / Experience
- Student in Business / Marketing or similar experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to network within a client´s organization and access decision makers
- Proven ability to work to targets
- Preferable experience in a Demand Generation
- Maturity with the ability to effectively manage your own time & priorities
- Technically savvy with a thirst for knowledge of the software industry
- Fluency in Arabic and English required
