The intern will learn:
- Develop a SWOT or Canvas Model Business analyses about the APEX PARTNERS, mapping the main gaps
- In terms of business and management inside the organization;
- Analyze the current and ideal state of the APEX PARTNERS in terms of strategic planning
- Product development, financial projections, and HR plan;
- Planning development of main needs from the APEX PARTNERS in terms of company administration and support for managers;
- Implementation of the strategic plan with short feedbacks period and measurement evaluation.
