- Daily prospecting for new leads and promote our product to them.
- Candidate will be responsible for receiving all inbound calls and explaining the company services to the callers.
- Follow up with current clients to make sure the process is smooth (Post Sales).
- Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to Provide a high level of customer service to clients at all times.
- Update CRM daily
